Today, we’re excited to present our “Wall of Fame”, featuring the first 40 employees who’ve reached their 10-year milestone. In 2024, our “Wall of Fame” will add 7 new portraits.
After 14 years in Szczecin, it’s inspiring to see so many dedicated employees still with us, reflecting our growth and their loyalty.
Despite automation, our employees remain our most valuable asset. Their dedication and skills have been crucial to IQ Metal’s success.
